Our chief expert, Vicki Winterton, brings 10+ years of experience and proven best solutions that really work.
“Paperwork was like a huge weight I was carrying daily. All the papers my divorce was generating was overwhelming me. My time with Vicki in setting up a personalized tickler file and a four drawer file cabinet to get my papers under control was a great investment. Vicki worked around my ADHD to simplify a paperwork system that met my needs. The time we devoted to organizing was time gained, not time lost.” -Carol of Mapleton…a 2010 client
Our focus stays with better organizing your time through daily routines, AND better organizing your surroundings and belongings with very simplified tools. We implement strategies and systems to take advantage of your strengths and minimize what are not your strengths.
How It Works

My 22 year old child has ADHD. I need your help. Can you rework my son’s room and time usage to help him get on top of college life and all the concerns it brings to him? Can you help him get beyond his feelings of drowning in tasks and items?

Asean, I CAN HELP HIM:
(1) With his room set up. What needs to be done is simplification of the room for easy retrieval.
(2) Time management is often very hard for individuals with AD/HD. There are two reasons to work on something: (1) It has a high priority due to time sensitivity OR it is important to him, and (2) It is an irritant to him. Maybe this idea alone will be of some help to him.
Contact me via the link listed at the base of this article for the help you need. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am so pleased to learn that you focus on helping adults diagnosed with ADHD. Do you service the Utah County area only? or do you also service the Salt Lake area? I am so tired of living in chaos and I want your help to make the changes to my home that will allow me to live differently?
